Just got hit with the news that AB831 is real and now PSPs are in the same boat as operators? FFS, I was chilling with my coffee yesterday thinking my rev-share setup for Pynetwork was golden 😭 Like, who saw this coming? The moment Greg's subpoena landed, my affiliate manager’s WhatsApp was bombed with “WTF’s going on” 😬 Are you guys seriously still riding PSPs like Skrill or Paydoo, or did someone actually pull the plug on Stake-like sweepskins already?

damn lee, you’re sounding like that guy at the casino who just lost his shirt on a sucker bet and now wants the dealer to refund his losses remember when we used to laugh at the curacao boys playing whack-a-mole with state AGs? now the moles are in our own walls, and suddenly every third-party wallet is a subpoena magnet—skrill, paydoo, even neteller got the same love letter as stakepowered skins when ab831 dropped in march i dusted off the old rolling-reserve structure last week—got three operators still funnelling their ggr through pynetwork sweepskins like it’s 2018 and “no mid” meant untouchable—and told them straight: choose a new payment path or watch the state turn the affiliate funnel into a domino chain of ftcs and chargebacks. two switched to ach/echeck under rev-share in 48 hours; the third one’s still praying they’ll catch a lucky break and “the numbers don’t lie” like some freshman analyst my affiliate manager isn’t just on whatsapp—she’s on three burner signal groups now—but nobody’s answering the “where did our money go?” question because the real answer is “straight into a kyc nightmare” old-school cure? scrub the psp, tighten the kycs, and tell affiliates their sub-ledger better be squeaky clean—or else the next subpoena lands on their doorstep instead of ours
Been offshore since Curacao was cheap.

So Pynetwork’s still hanging on like it’s got a personal exemption from California AG? Funny how they sold the “no MID” pitch as bulletproof when the state just sneezed and turned it into a subpoena launcher. Three operators I consult for jumped off the sweep path within a week—all to echeck under rev-share because rolling reserves dry up fast when every third-party wallet screams “subpoena incoming.” The holdouts? Still quoting the same analyst cliché Paul dragged up: “numbers don’t lie.” Yeah, numbers don’t lie, but they also don’t explain why their sweepskin inflows suddenly show “payment processing fee 63%,” which lands them right in the FTC’s cross-hairs when CA comes knocking. You want the cure or just the placebo? Kill the PSPs, force ach through a sponsoring bank with KYC on the payee side, and make sure every affiliate’s sub-ledger lines up or they’re writing their own subpoena reply.

Man, I was laughing my ass off reading Paul’s burnout 😅 but he’s DEFO right—PSPs like PyNetwork were the ultimate “fire and forget” until AB831 turned the whole party toxic. I had three Costa Rica skins running through Skrill sweeps for over a year with zero chargeback grief; NGR was smooth, rev-share payouts hit same-day—best decision we made, tbf. Then March hits, Greg subpoenas drop, and suddenly every “payment processing fee” line item on my P&L looks like a red flag waving at the state. I ripped the sweepskin plugs within 72 hours. Switched two casinos to ach/echeck under rev-share with a sponsoring bank in Delaware—no MID nightmare, rolling reserve slashed from 14% to 4%, and affiliates now push FTDs through KYC’d wallets instead of faceless skins. Third casino? Nah, still praying their 2019 analyst copy-paste will shield them. Newsflash: when the state asks why 61% of inflows carry a “payment processing fee,” your spreadsheet won’t be your friend. Moral? PyNetwork and crew can keep preaching “no MID” until they’re blue, but AB831 flipped the script—suddenly no MID equals subpoena magnet. Kill the PSP, lock the KYC, and scrub those affiliate sub-ledgers clean or the next subpoena lands smack on your lap instead of theirs. 🔥

Had my morning espresso yesterday when I got the call from our Delaware sponsoring bank—turns out they just flagged every single Pynetwork sweepskin deposit as “high-risk KYC anomaly” after AB831’s final rules dropped. Called it the second they sent the notice. Two operators I advise were mid-contract renewal with Pynetwork, froze the payments, and pivoted to ACH/echeck inside 48 hours—rolling reserve tanked from 16% down to 5%, NGR instantly smoother. The third? Still arguing about “cost efficiency,” while their payment ledger now reads like a money-laundering textbook. You know the rest.

Wow, did the whole industry just hit the snooze button until Greg rolled in with subpoenas? 😳 I was still high-fiving my PSP over "zero MID headaches" when AB831 showed up like an unexpected party popper—only the confetti were court summons. Real talk: I scrubbed PyNetwork sweepskins last week after my Delaware bank dropped the hammer—turns out "payment processing fee 65%" on 70% of inflows wasn't just a red flag for me, it was a neon sign screaming "subpoena, comin' right up." Switched two of my LatAm skins to direct ACH under rev-share with proper KYC on the user side; rolling reserve plummeted from 12% to 3%, and the NGR curve finally looks like a healthy hockey stick instead of a drunk mountain road. The holdout? Still quoting the same analyst spiel about "numbers never lying"—which is hilarious when those very numbers are now starring in someone else's subpoena drama. You wanna bet on "cost efficiency" or wake up one morning to your payouts frozen because the state decided your PSP's "no MID" pitch was just window dressing?

You ever notice how every time a new hammer comes down, the same six folks are the last to quit dancing? Three months of AB831 subpoenas, and we’re still fielding “but the numbers—” from operators who wouldn’t recognize a rolling reserve if it bit them. Half the so-called “cost efficiency” comes from slicing out MID checks while hoping the state ignores the $20M in sweepskin inflows that now show 65% as “payment processing fees.” Funny how the same spreadsheet cells that glow green in March turn neon-red by June when Greg’s office calls. You really think Delaware sponsoring banks are worried about your affiliate’s P&L line-item 47? No—they’re worried about their own audit trail when their name lands on the next civil investigative demand. I had one operator swear his Pynetwork contract included an indemnity clause for “regulatory surprises.” Read the fine print: page 27, paragraph 11—turns out the indemnity stops the second the AG issues the subpoena. So yeah, swap the PSP, scrub the sub-ledger, and stop quoting spreadsheets you wouldn’t trust with your own wallet.

@JackTurnkey three months is a generous read of it—try thirty-six. I’ve watched operators who thought Delaware’s tolerance for “creative” flows was a license to print money, only to learn the hard way that Greg’s office doesn’t do humour. The rolling reserve isn’t the crime; the crime is presenting a payout ledger where half the line items read “payment processing” and hoping no one asks what that actually settles. Seen one LatAm skin switch from 14 % reserve under PyNetwork sweeps to 5 % by ditching the sweepskin entirely and moving the FTDs straight to a Nevada rev-share PSP with KYC locked at the processor level—no MID frictions, no sub-ledger blind spots. The indemnity clause is theatre: section 13.2 reads like a trapdoor you fall through the second the state decides your flow smells wrong. The numbers look pretty until they’re frozen; then they’re just pretty letters on a subpoena.
I keep my own cost models 📊

Heard all this Pynetwork doom talk, but let me tell you — not everyone dances to AB831’s tune. One of my LatAm skins still runs 15% of inflows through PyNetwork sweeps, strictly under rev-share with a Belize-licensed PSP tied to a US depository institution in Nevada. Rolling reserve sits at 6%, not 14% or 16%. KYC? Handled at PSP level with biometric onboarding; we don’t touch user data, they keep it off-site. No MID nightmare—ach/echeck hybrid under one contract. Delaware sponsor bank flagged the flow once, we showed them the Belize license, the rev-share agreement, and the onboarding docs. They closed the ticket in 24 hours. No subpoena, no frozen payouts, no Greg love letters. Sometimes the “old ways” still dance circles around the new rules—just make sure your counter-party’s dance card is cleaner than yours. 😏
Word is… but you didn't hear it here 🤫

i've seen the same pyNetwork contract up close — they buried this indemnity clause so deep even their own compliance team had to dig it out for me. you’d think “regulatory surprise” coverage was in the main body, but nope, it’s tucked away in section 13.2 under “force majeure” with a sneaky line: “affiliate bears all liability for third-party processor subpoenas related to ab831.” suddenly that “zero mid” pitch starts looking like a liability hot potato instead of a free pass. and the kicker? the indemnity only triggers if the processor itself gets sanctioned — not if the state just decides your payout flow smells funny. so yeah, “numbers don’t lie” until they turn around and sue your affiliate.
Seen this movie before, operators.

Think I’m the only one who tried to run three Pynetwork skins AND a Skrill sweeps account under one Delaware banking umbrella and nearly got the whole ledger blacklisted in February? 😅 AB831 dropped, Greg’s subpoena crew started breathing down everyone’s neck, and suddenly “zero MID headaches” felt more like “subpoena welcome mats.” We ripped the sweepskin away overnight—switched two casinos to direct ach/echeck under rev-share with a sponsoring bank in Nevada, rolling reserve sliced from 15% to 5%, and guess what? Affiliates finally push FTDs through real KYC wallets instead of faceless skins. The third casino? Still quoting the same analyst slide deck about “cost efficiency,” while their payouts are frozen and their sub-ledger looks like a laundry list for the AG’s office. 🔥 Moral? PyNetwork’s “no MID” pitch is just fancy footwork unless you’ve got the counter-party paperwork cleaner than your own closet.

Wait, so if your PSP’s rev-share agreement is basically a ticking liability bomb buried in section 13.2, and the “zero MID” pitch ends up costing you frozen payouts while the indemnity clause vanishes the second the AG sneezes—how much extra are we *really* saving by keeping that sweepskin in the funnel? Because I just crunched my own ledger after Lee’s post, and the 6% rolling reserve difference suddenly looks way cheaper than a Delaware freeze.

Yeah, but how many of you actually read the indemnity clause before signing? I flipped two of my LatAm skins to a Nevada-backed rev-share model last month — rolling reserve down to 4%, FTDs still clean. Tried PyNetwork once, got hit with a 15% rolling reserve that felt like a noose. Saved me a headache, turned out the numbers looked good until the subpoena email landed. You really wanna bet your whole year on a clause buried in section 13? I’d rather sleep at night.

Heard you all whining about section 13.2, but my Belize PSP keeps greenlighting my LatAm sweeps traffic—FTDs still landing, reserve at 6%. 💸 The Delaware gang froze two of my old Skrill accounts overnight last quarter, so I just moved the last two holdouts to Belize before they could sneeze. Negative carryover got me again last time I tried to cut corners with "zero MID" promises—never again.
Traffic quality wins.

@CasinoGuy_Casino192 nah but Delaware’s tolerance isn’t the problem—it’s the *ledger* playing hide-and-seek with the AG. We moved all LatAm FTDs straight to our Nevada rev-share PSP mid-Feb, rolling reserve at 5% flat, and bam, FTDs still clean through month-end. Payouts? 72-hour turnaround, no skin-walker intermediaries. The “zero MID” pitch from PyNetwork? A free pass that suddenly smells like a backroom deal when Greg’s team comes knocking. Our stack just works—no buried clauses, no frozen ledgers, just clean books and sleep.

The Belize PSP greenlighting your sweeps looks solid until the quarterly audit hits and suddenly "greenlighted" means "pray they don't notice". Saw a LatAm skin last month dump $8k of Kyber wallet payouts into "misc processing" and the whole funnel got audited within 48h. Rev-share at 6% sounds cute till you're explaining to Delaware why your payout ledger reads like a Monero mixer receipt. Keep it at 6%? Fine. But your rollover reserve just turned into a ticking penalty clock the second the state flips the switch. 😭
Up one month, negative carryover the next.
