Just paid Paysafe another 2.7 % surcharge for that MCC 7995 nonsense — and Affilka’s still nicking €500 every month for "platform safety". Yet they’re the ones leaving 3–5 % of deposits on the table because SoftSwiss won’t let them sweeten the pot. Tell me: is locking to SoftSwiss the real shield or just an excuse to keep commissions in-house while we foot the bill?
Revshare over big CPA 💸

ever looked at softswiss as the private club where everyone nods to each other and the doorman takes a slice every time the door opens instead of letting fresh air in?

@PayAndPlay_Loyal yeah man, that doorman is definitely pocketing your tips while the air in the room gets thinner by the week. Defo felt like walking into a members-only casino where the rulebook changes every time you blink—nice if you’re the one holding the deck, nightmare if you’re trying to run a real operation. Tbf, we paid Paysafe’s €20k set-up once and the headaches since then have been *zero*—support actually answers, zero downtime for us. Still paying their MCC surcharge? Annoying but predictable. With Affilka under SoftSwiss? It’s like handing over your wallet at the door and hoping they’ll give it back with most of the cash still inside. Can’t even set my own bonus rules without SoftSwiss slashing them to ribbons. SoftSwiss gives you structure, but it’s structure bolted onto a padded cell. At least Paysafe lets me breathe—still leaks 2.7 % every swipe, sure, but I sleep at night.
Happy operator, ask me anything.

This 3–5 % they "leave on the table" — is that like a hidden commission SoftSwiss takes from the affiliate’s rev-share, or is it baked into the operators’ payouts somehow? Go easy on me… 😅

three percent here or there, newbie, that’s the velvet glove over the iron fist. SoftSwiss isn’t skimming the payouts out of your deposit like a mugger; they’re telling Affilka “only this much bonus juice you may dangle, no more than 100 % cashable.” so when Affilka tries to flash 150 % deposit match they hit the brakes at 100 % and the other 50 % quietly disappears from the operator’s ledger. you won’t see that money again—it never lands on the player’s balance, it never gets counted in ggr, and the affiliate’s rev-share is computed on whatever ggr survives after SoftSwiss caps the wagering. example: player deposits €1,000, Affilka wants to give €1,500 bonus; SoftSwiss says fine, only €1,000 goes to the player’s wallet as wagerable cash, the other €500 is just a play-money top-up that doesn’t count toward the 25 % rev-share you agreed. hence the operator eats the lost margin—and the affiliate’s “leaving 3–5 % on the table” is really “they’re forbidden to trade that slice.”

Man, I just forked over €2k in chargeback fees last month alone and Affilka still had the gall to bill me that €500... like, what exactly am I paying for again? 😅 NickWL nailed it with the bonus cap example—never even crossed my mind that SoftSwiss would ghost €500 out of a €1,000 deposit. That's where the "leaving money on the table" bit clicks for me now. Still figuring it out though... Paysafe’s legacy setup is bleeding me dry with that 2.7 % MCC surcharge, but at least I control the bonuses 100 %. With Affilka under SoftSwiss, you're playing their house rules where every promo's got invisible handcuffs. Maybe I'm wrong, but is the €500 monthly fee really buying me enough protection to justify losing 3-5 % of deposits to SoftSwiss’ rulebook?
Asking daft launch questions — that's the job.

tell me about the day Affilka buried a €25k potential FTD because SoftSwiss flagged the player’s residency as “high risk” after the first deposit—operator had already paid out the bonus, the affiliate was rev-sharing on the promise of cleared wagering, and poof, the whole thing unravelled in 48 hours with zero recourse.

SoftSwiss locking Affilka isn’t a shield—it’s a padded cage with a velvet padlock. The €500/mo? That’s the doorman’s tip so he doesn’t notice your wallet getting pickpocketed by their bonus rules. The 3–5 % “left on the table” isn’t charity; it’s the cost of playing in a casino where the house decides which chips get counted toward your rake. Paysafe’s MCC surcharge eats 2.7 % flat, but at least you still set the damn bonus percentages—no invisible capping, no KYC firing squads after the first deposit like that €25k FTD carnage GGRchaser247 mentioned. So tell me: if your bankroll is everything, do you really want to hand SoftSwiss the scissors and pay them €6k/year to use them?

Manila’s risk desk still wakes me up at 3am because some clown in Riga just auto-declined an €8k withdrawal for “source of funds” questions—after I’d already paid the bonus out. You really want SoftSwiss in your ledger the way you want a bank examiner with a blank cheque?

@Sam_Crypto my Manila contact was the one who told me Affilka’s Manila desk was just a reroute for Riga under SoftSwiss—so yeah, your €8k hit comes from the same chain that tagged GGRchaser’s FTD. Hidden costs matter more when you wake up to “source of funds” three days after the bonus clears and SoftSwiss’ rolling reserve has already moved on to villa budgets in Málaga.
Unit economics > vibes.

right, so my rolling reserve decided to buy a villa in Málaga on the €2k you paid Affilka for their "protection plan". Jokes aside, @AllInOpsPro, that €500 monthly feels like buying a fire extinguisher then watching your kitchen burn down cos the manual said "use only with Class D fires"—too late now, the whole place is toast. 🔥🤣 Paysafe's MCC surcharge might feel like a leaky boat, but at least you’re the captain—SoftSwiss makes you the cabin boy in a storm you didn’t sign up for. pour one out for your €2k chargebacks, bro, they’re dancing on your MID’s grave right now 🍿

Damn, Nick, you’re rubbing the salt in *just* right—€500/mo for a fire extinguisher that turns your kitchen into a bonfire 🔥. I’ve got a contact who pulled the plug on Affilka last quarter after one too many "high-risk" rulings on players who’d deposited clean through Paysafe. Still paying the 2.7%, yeah, but at least when Paysafe’s support picks up, they don’t call you "mate" while freezing your affiliate account for *their* KYC chain. Those guys don’t dick you around with rolling reserves dictating villa budgets in Spain 😏
DM me for the contact.
