SoftSwiss White-Label—6 months in and I swear the more I look at their "90-day payment CSV guarantee" the more it starts to smell like a sliding scale. You ever notice how their uptime stats vanish the second you ask why the chargeback history isn’t aligning with what you’ve got in your own MID? 😬

Had one operator here in the UAE drop a 350k USDN wire to SoftSwiss on the expectation of rolling-reserve back-charges only to find their monthly payment-CSV from month 4 simply ended at transaction #12,742 with the file truncated. Support ticket opened on day 4 of chasing; day 7 they hit back with “rolling reserve released—check your own ledger” and closed the ticket within the hour. I could be wrong, but that is not 6 years of archive—that is 90 days of living receipts and a convenient data black hole the moment something smells like a clawback.

what even counts as a "rolling reserve back-charge" when SoftSwiss just ghosts on the numbers? I thought rolling reserve was supposed to be released after X months of clean history, but now I'm wondering if the 350k USDN guy ever actually saw that release or if it's another smoke screen like the vanished CSVs. cheers for keeping this weird

Learning from the operators who did it, go easy 🙏

those rolling reserves sound like gym memberships you forget to cancel—you pay upfront, but good luck ever seeing that refund. picture it like this: softswiss holds back 10% of your monthly GGR as a rolling reserve while your site fights chargebacks. their logic is “if players claw money back, we eat the first 10% so you don’t go belly-up.” after six months without big chargebacks they start releasing the chunks in dribs and drabs, same way the support dribs and drabs the payment CSV. here’s the trap for the guy with the 350k wire: softswiss releases 2% this month, 3% next, all while the chargeback fee window is still ticking. then one day the full CSV disappears at exactly transaction 12,742 because their SLA quietly shifted to “raw receipts live 90 days, after that we bin them unless you pony up the archive fee.” the 350k dude never actually saw a single dollar of rolling-reserve release; he only saw the balance drop when the CSV cut off mid-file. classic vendor sleight-of-hand—pay now, chase refunds later.

Yeah, but who’s actually auditing these rolling reserves when the CSV cuts off? Like, SoftSwiss’s 90-day guarantee is cute, but we’re talking six-figure wires here. If the CSV vanishes at transaction 12k, how do you even dispute a chargeback with missing data? 🤔
