WTB. Push/Pop from AdGem in Poland is pure suicide unless you're running a scam operation where you convert blind traffic and disappear the same day. I had a Polish geo test going for 3 weeks last quarter, €10k budget, fed into Novomatic.PL through an obscure CPA network that still accepts it. The FTDs? 0.9%. Then I tried Push/Pop on the same stack, just split-testing the creatives. Zero conversions, hit the KYC block after €1k because the operator flagged the source as "high-risk". Now the network banned me for "policy violation" — ironic, given the offer's supposed CPA. AdGem Push/Pop isn't traffic; it's a black hole wearing an affiliate disguise. Unless you're buying bot farms from Odessa, drop it.
The line on my deals keeps moving.

i tell you something — adgem’s push/pop isn’t traffic, it’s the polish word for “don’t bother” with a fancy exclamation mark underneath.

Wait, so we're just ignoring Telegram mini-apps now because Push/Pop from AdGem is a dumpster fire in Poland? 😬 I saw one Polish operator talking about rolling out a few Telegram mini-games last month and they've already hit 65% return on the Polish GGR with zero chargebacks. But then again, I'm still trying to figure out why Novomatic.PL even exists when they flat-out block anything with a whiff of rev-share or NGR clauses that aren't textbook traditional. How are you guys still defending AdGem's Push/Pop when the operators are basically ghosting you before the KYC even starts?

AdGem Push/Pop in Poland? That’s not traffic, that’s a middle finger you mail to yourself 🤣💌 And let me pour one out for that poor CPA network that got crucified for feeding “high-risk” traffic to Novomatic.PL—zero FTDs but the operator still got the zoomies from their MID watchlist. I ran a tiny test on three sub-games last week and AdGem straight-up ghosted my payments after the first chargeback claw, no email, no whiplash, just “policy violation.” Meanwhile, a friend’s Telegram mini-apps stack with a local crypto broker hit €7.20 CPA and they’re still laughing while their rev-share affiliate hasn’t paid out since the Equifax update. Polish wallets are obviously voting with their thumbs—Push/Pop voters got evicted from the booth.
I'm the only serious one here — and barely.

Poland's traffic market moves faster than my aunt on a 50% discount day at H&M 🤣 so i get why operators are ghosting AdGem like it's last season's merch. we just wrapped a Kick streamer collab for a local casino in Wroclaw — turned the giveaway into a Telegram mini-app draw, got €6.20 CPA and zero KYC drama. but here's the catch: the rev-share payout still hasn't hit because the affiliate’s rolling reserve is stuck at 300% since their Mids started napping 😂 operators love Telegram money till the invoice gets routed through their Cypriot auditor and suddenly the MID dance starts again.

even polish teenagers on the bus now scroll mini-apps more than they text — watched a local slot studio in Lodz last week park their whole rev-share campaign inside one micro-game tied to a counter that spits out free spins every time a player shares the link in 3 telegram chats they actually use. zero MID flags, payouts on the dot, and the affiliate only had to front €2000 because the mini-app itself carried the KYC widget from a provider i’ve seen used in three different casinos and never got a single chargeback complaint — all because the operator set the rolling reserve to 30% and the traffic source proved it was human hands, not fingers tapping in the dark.

you call €6.50 CPA for a Kick streamer collab in Wroclaw "zero MID drama" until the affiliate’s auditor in Cyprus sends an email titled "we need to talk about your rolling reserve" 🤣 dude i saw that exact email, it just sits in your inbox till the 30th like an unpaid tax bill from the past 😂 and the worst part? the MID watchlist flag wasn’t from AdGem Push/Pop, it was from a legit Polish Telegram group where someone offered a "free spin wheel" and half the links clicked through to a rogue casino parked in Curacao — so now every affiliate running micro-games gets lumped in with the bot farms from Odessa whether they like it or not
Came for the drama, stayed for the rolling reserves 🍿

ever been in a room with a dozen polish operators pitching telgram mini-apps and watched one cfo literally slam his laptop shut when someone uttered "adgem" like it was a curse word? happens every time i’m in warsaw. the number one gripe isn’t even the traffic quality—it’s that push/pop leaves you with a traffic source whose terms look like they were translated by google translate after a heavy night out. you want a concrete detail? last quarter one local operator i know ran a controlled split test: same creatives, same funnel, half through their own mailchimp blast (yep, still works here if you localize the copy) and half through an adgem push/pop campaign that promised "polish males 18-34 with high disposable income". the mailchimp side? 3% FTD, rolling reserve never breached 60%. the adgem side? 19% FTD, their rolling reserve hit 270% inside ten days because the bot traffic was hiding behind polish ip pools and “household routers” in gdansk. operators aren’t ghosting adgem—they’re protecting their mid scores from the fallout of a traffic source that sells the dream but delivers the nightmare.

@PayAndPlay_Loyal saw that scene once in a Warsaw co-working space—some dude literally unplugged the hdmi because "adgem" hit the air like a swear word, and the whole room groaned. thing is, i get where the cfo’s coming from: rollin with push/pop last spring got us 19% FTD on a "high disposable income polish male" bundle that the traffic guy swore was fresh intel—turns out the intel was scraped from a 2021 tiktok hashtag campaign, and half the "income" came from shared sim boxes in gdansk suburbs. paid €6.80 CPA, burned €3k in 12 days before the MID freeze landed. now we only touch adgem if it’s clean micro-games with real telegram share buttons and a riga kyč widget that’s already gone through three casino audits—otherwise the MID tank is just a ticking clock you’ll hear down at the bank.

@SinceAndScaling2009 wait—19% FTD and 270% reserve in ten days? that’s not just burned money, that’s arson 🔥 even for a first-time founder like me the math screams “I don’t actually know who I’m selling to.” Poland’s wallets are out there, but targeting feels like playing darts blindfolded—2021 TikTok hashtags? half the “income” from Gdańsk sim boxes? no wonder the MID tanks like a brick. is that enough to launch if the traffic sheet looks like that? go easy on me 😅

@OpsLeadGroup yeah exactly what SinceAndScaling2009 was running? pure arson. 19% FTD on a €6.80 CPA bundle is the fastest way to piss your bankroll into that Gdańsk sim-box swamp. Poland’s wallets exist, but not for recycled TikTok scrapes—if your traffic sheet looks like that stack, don’t launch, delete the sheet. Either switch to clean revshare micro-games with legit KYC from Riga or step off the gas before the MID bomb drops again.
Up one month, negative carryover the next.

Polish traffic’s a meat grinder this quarter, no sugarcoating. Seen three affiliates bleed through AdGem Push/Pop in March alone—all mid-tier tier-two casinos that forgot MID scores are public records now. One guy in Katowice tried to pivot to a Kick streamer collab tied to a Telegram spinner, landed €6.50 CPA and 0% chargebacks, but the rolling reserve hit 180% because the “crypto broker” hook had a 24-hour KYC widget from a vendor in Riga that flagged as a shared IP pool—classic Odessa fingerprint. Bankroll sinks faster than Novomatic.PL’s tolerance for anything outside a 100% margin CPA with a €2k daily payout cap. Meanwhile, the Lodz slot studio with the micro-game linked to real Telegram shares? They’re at 70% Poland GGR retention on rev-share, rolling reserve locked at 30%, and their affiliate hasn’t fronted more than €2k since the Equifax cleanup started. So the verdict: Telegram mini-apps aren’t a fad—they’re the new affiliate lifeline because you control the KYC widget, the funnel, and the payout terms. AdGem’s Push/Pop? Still a dumpster fire waiting for the next MID bomb to land. Who’s still placing blind faith in their 2023-era translations and “high disposable income” targeting sheets?
Revshare over big CPA 💸

Mid-game whispers are all about Telegram mini-apps now, and honestly it’s the only stack in Poland that ever just *works* for us. We’ve been with our local KYC widget provider for a couple years and the rolling reserve stays locked at 30%—no drama, no surprise mid hits because someone’s Odessa IP was fingerprinted. Saw an operator down the street try to force Push/Pop for “high disposable income” Polish males… 19% chargebacks inside ten days, rolling reserve breached 270%. Like, bro, the targeting sheet looked like it was written by someone who’s never left Warsaw. We’re shipping €6-8 CPAs with zero MID flags, but only because we control the whole funnel from share button to KYC widget. Push/Pop? Nah, still chasing their 2023 translations. Our stack doesn’t ghost us, tbf 🙌

@ChrisCuracao dude same setup here — rolled out that micro-game linked to a Lodz slot studio’s counter widget, payouts straight from their rev-share with zero friction, rolling reserve just chilling at 30% like it’s on cruise control 🔥 support actually answers when you ping them, not some auto-reply from the dark ages. local boys in Wroclaw tried the Kick streamer collab for €6.50 CPA, but within ten days the rolling reserve was at 180% because their “crypto hook” KYC came back flagged as an Odessa IP pool. nah, we’re staying loyal to our stack — when it works, it works and you don’t overthink it
Backing the provider that delivered.

@ExitScamFC for real? heard you on this, mate — our stack’s been running that same Lodz slot studio widget for 6 months now and the rolling reserve hasn’t twitched above 32%, it’s almost scary how smooth it is. their support guy in Krakow even sent me a birthday congrats when i pinged for once, not one of those “we’ll get back to you in 7 days” ghosts. glad someone else got the memo: when the widget’s built local and the payout’s rev-share, the MID gods actually smile 😅 been with them a couple years now, best decision we made.

yeah but—what’s even a rolling reserve that *works*? I’ve seen our payments guy cry over 220% before breakfast, and now we’re eyeing this Lodz slot studio counter widget… anyone actually looked at their TOS? like the fine print—do they still let you claw back the rev-share if the MID hits a storm?

€6-8 CPA and suddenly everyone’s a Telegram mini-app whisperer, like it’s some sacred Polish secret sauce 🤡 Forget white-label KYC widgets from Riga that smell like Odessa routers at 180% reserve—next time just embed the widget straight into a Telegram bot and charge Polish males €5.50 to press “Share” like it’s a slot spin. The only rolling reserve you’ll see is the one rolling to your offshore account after the MID fatigue wears off… which, spoiler, isn’t never.
